DEHA Vietnam is pleased to announce the official establishment of the Research and Development (R&D) Department as of April 16, 2025. The R&D Department will be responsible for the research, development of new technologies, and product innovation, providing strong support for the company’s production and business activities, as well as shaping its long-term technology strategy. This move is part of DEHA Vietnam’s 2025 strategic initiative to “drive technological transformation.”
Functions of the R&D Department:

Conduct research and develop new technologies and products to support production and business operations.

Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and usability.

Advise the Board of Directors on technological orientations and product development strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure R&D activities align with the company’s overall development goals.
Responsibilities of the R&D Department:

Identify, assess, and propose new technological solutions with high practical application potential.

Execute pilot projects and evaluate the effectiveness of new or improved products/processes.

Analyze technology trends, provide data, and make recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with relevant departments to implement R&D outcomes into actual production and business operations.

Store, protect, and manage research outcomes and experimental data securely.
