As part of its strategic direction of “technology transformation”, DEHA participated in the Tokyo Spring Show (within the framework of Japan DX Week 2025), held from April 23–25, 2025. This is one of the most prominent technology event series in Japan, focusing on Digital Transformation (DX) and cutting-edge technological solutions. The exhibition is Japan’s largest of its kind, featuring nearly 1,000 companies and attracting over 50,000 visitors from Japan and around the world.
At this year’s exhibition, DEHA introduced its DQC (DEHA Quality Control) solution. DQC is a quality control system that utilizes cameras and image processing algorithms (Machine Vision) to automatically inspect product quality on the production line. The system supports high-precision defect detection, automated dimension measurement, shape accuracy checks, and comparison with predefined standards.
A notable highlight of the event was the participation of Mr. Maezawa Mitsuzu, a specialist in DQC (Image Processing Technology), who has over 35 years of experience in quality control for manufacturing. Mr. Maezawa is also a recipient of the Excellence Award at the 2005 Image Inspection Algorithm Contest organized by the Precision Industry Association. His presence at the exhibition helped visitors gain deeper insight into the DQC technology that DEHA was showcasing live at its booth.
In addition to DQC, DEHA also presented a range of services such as System Migration, System Modernization, and Custom System Development—aimed at fully addressing enterprise needs for digital transformation.
DEHA warmly welcomes all business visitors in Japan to stop by our booth during the exhibition and explore the innovations we offer to accelerate digital transformation.
