On June 10, 2024, DEHA Vietnam JSC and Linh Hieu Co., Ltd. held a project kickoff ceremony. The event was solemnly held at the Decal factory of Linh Hieu company, located in An Khanh Industrial Park, Hoai Duc, Hanoi.
Participating in the Kick off ceremony were representatives of Linh Hieu Co., Ltd., Ms. Nguyen Thi Le (Chairman), Mr. Hau Chi Hieu (Director) and heads of departments, departments and professional positions directly related to the factory digital transformation project.
On the side of DEHA Vietnam, there was the participation of Mr. Pham Minh Hung (General Director), Mr. Nguyen Van Chung (Deputy General Director) and project managers, development team leaders.
The ceremony clearly defined the goals, expectations and desires of each party. At the same time, clearly share information related to roles, responsibilities when working, how to communicate, and risk management options.
In 2024, DEHA Vietnam will accompany Linh Hieu Co., Ltd. to implement Factory Digital Transformation through the development and application of the Enterprise resource planning system. This phase will focus on developing management modules on Production, Sales, Warehouse, Logistic and system testing, training employees to use the system, go-live.
Hopefully, Linh Hieu Co., Ltd. and DEHA Vietnam will successfully implement the project, contributing to improving production capacity and competitive advantage in the industry.
