Anh Phạm Minh Hùng là một trong 4 Nhà sáng lập của Deha Việt Nam. Hiện nay anh đang đảm nhận vai trò là Tổng Giám Đốc của Deha Việt Nam và Giám đốc của Deha Solutions.

Anh tốt nghiệp Đại học Tsukuba Nhật Bản – một trong số TOP 10 trường Đại học danh tiếng hàng đầu của Nhật – chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính trực thuộc khoa CNTT.

Với kiến thức nền tảng vững chắc cùng hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực CNTT, anh luôn nỗ lực phát triển Deha Việt Nam trở thành công ty công nghệ đa quốc gia, đa lĩnh vực dựa trên năng lực cốt lõi là công nghệ số; góp mặt trong danh sách 500 công ty tư nhân lớn nhất Việt Nam.

Mr. Thang Han is not just one of the four founders of DEHA Vietnam; he’s also the driving force as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His profound business philosophy places a strong emphasis on the value of people, and he consistently strives to sow the seeds of happiness and prosperity among all members of the Deha Vietnam family.

Beyond his dedicated involvement in our company, he also holds pivotal positions in various Technology and Education organizations, showcasing his multifaceted leadership. He serves as a crucial member of the VINASA Executive Committee, a Director on the Board of Agilead Education Organization, a Director on the Board of CodeGym Vietnam, and also takes on the role of Deputy General Director at NiX Education Joint Stock Company.

In his multiple roles, he personifies a commitment to driving innovation and progress, not only within DEHA Vietnam but also within the broader realms of technology and education.

Dương Trọng Tấn

Tan Duong

Member of Leadership Board

Introducing Mr. Tan Duong, a key figure on the Board of Directors at DEHA Vietnam. Simultaneously, he is also the CEO of Agilead Global and is actively engaged in educational roles, imparting knowledge on management and entrepreneurship at Agile Academy and Libero. Additionally, he is actively involved in in the design of educational programs tailored for both managers and educators.

Mr. Tan’s academic journey is as diverse as his multifaceted career. It commenced at the University of Natural Sciences (VNU Hanoi), where he laid the foundation for his educational pursuits. He further enriched his knowledge with IT studies at RMIT University and crowned his academic journey with an MBA from the esteemed Shidler School of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Mr. Tan boasts a wealth of experience acquired during his tenure at FPT Corporation, where he played a versatile role encompassing teaching, management, research, and more. With his extensive knowledge and varied expertise, he contributes significant value across multiple domains. His strategic guidance is instrumental in driving Deha Vietnam towards sustainable development in harmony with its mission and vision, shaping a promising future for the company

Meet Mr. Hung Pham, one of the distinguished founders of DEHA Vietnam. He currently holds the pivotal roles of CEO at DEHA Vietnam and DEHA Solutions. His academic journey took him to the hallowed halls of Tsukuba University, Japan, consistently ranked among the nation’s top 10 universities, where he specialized in Computer Science under the IT department. Armed with a robust educational foundation and boasting more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the ever-evolving IT landscape, Mr. Hung’s commitment to the mission is unwavering. He’s resolutely dedicated to propelling Deha Vietnam into the global spotlight as a multi-industry technology leader deeply rooted in the core tenets of digital technology.

His unwavering vision extends beyond the immediate horizon. He envisions DEHA Vietnam featured among the esteemed ranks of the 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards establishing an indomitable presence in the ever-evolving world of technology. With his leadership and unyielding passion, Mr. Hung Pham continues to guide our company towards new heights, reinforcing its position as a distinguished player in the tech industry, committed to innovation, excellence, and a bright future ahead.

Before co-founding DEHA Vietnam and assuming the role of Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), Mr. Trung Hoang’s journey in the technology sector was marked by a rich tapestry of experiences. His educational foundation began at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, and from there, he embarked on a dynamic career trajectory within various technology companies, starting as a Programmer and advancing through roles as a Project Manager, Human Resources Director, Process Director, and ultimately a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

In his current capacity at DEHA Vietnam, he is deeply involved in the realms of organizational design, transformation, and operational excellence. His extensive background in various facets of technology and management positions him as a valuable asset with a pragmatic and insightful perspective.

What sets him apart is not just his professional journey but also his commitment to sharing knowledge. He has served as a trainer and educator for leadership development programs in numerous renowned organizations such as Sun*, AIA, VNPay, Gameloft, Interspace Vietnam, Money Forward Vietnam, Co-Well, 3S, DEHA, Flinters, Haposoft, Bravestars, Zitga, and Hamsa. Furthermore, he imparts expertise in areas like OKR and Agile Project Management.

His diverse experiences and unyielding dedication to learning and development make him a cornerstone of success at DEHA Vietnam, shaping its path towards continued growth and innovation.

Mr. Tuyen Dang is Head of English Market Unit (EMU) and also one of the four distinguished founders of DEHA Vietnam. With a solid professional background in Software Technology, he brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in the ever-evolving IT sector.

Within the ranks of our company, he is the embodiment of the ‘Just do it’ ethos. Fearless in the face of new challenges, he approaches them with boundless enthusiasm, tackling them head-on and demonstrating an unwavering spirit unafraid of difficulties in pursuit of his goals. He views every situation as an opportunity for learning and growth.

With ambitious business goals that span diverse fields and a vision for globalization, he adheres to a management philosophy that places people at the core. His aspiration is to transform Deha Vietnam into a distinguished Technology corporation and a leading force in the industry within Vietnam. His resolute aim is to see Deha Vietnam listed on the Vietnam stock exchange by 2030, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey of growth and development.

Mr. Quynh Chu’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. Starting as a programmer, he evolved into an accomplished digital transformation consultant and a distinguished manager. Currently, he serves as the Head of Japanese Unit Market (JMU) at DEHA Vietnam, embodying unwavering determination in the face of any challenge encountered along his path. His ultimate goal? To position Deha Vietnam as a leading IoT company with an exemplary working environment in Vietnam.

With an inherent passion for technology, he is a relentless advocate for leading teams and working hand in hand with clients to craft high-quality technology solutions. His focus extends beyond mere product creation; he’s committed to generating tangible value for both customers and society at large. Through his efforts, he endeavors to leave a lasting impact on the tech landscape and bring practical benefits to all stakeholders.

Nguyễn Văn Chung

Head of Vietnamese Unit Market (VMU), Head of Development Center No. 3

Mr. Chung Nguyen is a seasoned expert in the field of digital transformation, specializing in guiding small and medium-sized enterprises through this complex process. With an impressive career spanning 15 years, he has honed his skills in consulting and software development across a multitude of domains, including CRM, Logistics, Fintech, Edtech, eCommerce, Medican, and factory ERP. One of his notable accomplishments has been the successful transformation of his company into a trusted Digital Transformation partner for major enterprises like Asin, Vinmec, Nexttech, TLIP, and EMS.

At DEHA Vietnam, he is a trailblazer, leading the charge in establishing a ‘flat business’ culture rooted in the ‘decentralized’ model. His unwavering commitment revolves around Deha Vietnam’s mission to spread happiness not only among customers but also within the company, to investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.

To him, knowledge shared is knowledge that thrives eternally. His commitment to knowledge transfer is evident in his active involvement in training both internally at DEHA Vietnam and externally, spanning a wide spectrum of areas. This includes instructing on business administration, collaborating in teaching at Agile Academy, sharing insights on Digital Transformation at VJCC, and hands-on engagement in training and coaching middle managers within our company.

Đặng Quang Tuấn

Tuan Dang

Head of Tokyo Office

Stepping into the world of IT in 2013, Mr. Tuan Dang embarked on his journey as a programmer, crafting websites and smart applications in the early stages of his career. Over time, he seamlessly transitioned into several pivotal roles within software projects, including Project Manager (PM), Product Owner (PO), and Business System Engineer (BrSE). Presently, he assumes the role of Director at Deha Vietnam’s Tokyo branch.

Throughout his tenure at the company, he has left an indelible mark. He directly oversaw numerous substantial projects between 2017 and 2019, and subsequently, he took charge of managing and leading the BrSE/PO group at Deha Vietnam. His proactive efforts also led to the successful establishment of the Account Management group at the Tokyo branch.

His dedication, commitment to continuous learning, and his warm, communicative style have earned him a warm welcome and respect from both colleagues and customers/partners alike. His professional journey is a testament to his unwavering pursuit of excellence and building meaningful relationships within the industry.

Lê Tường Phúc

Phuc Le

Head of Hue Office

Mr. Phuc Le’s journey in the realm of Information Technology is an impressive tale. Before he joined DEHA Vietnam in 2019, he had accumulated a wealth of experience spanning several domains. This included 5 years dedicated to developing state and business management applications, another 5 years constructing value-added systems for Telco, 5 years on a collaborative IT project between UTS Australia and Hue University, and an additional 3 years dedicated to training and nurturing human resources within the information technology industry in Hue.

Upon joining our company, he made significant strides in developing and effectively operating the company’s branch in Hue. His vision and aspirations align with the goal of establishing Deha Vietnam’s Hue branch as one of the premier, robust, and reputable entities in the field of Technology in Hue and the Central region.

As of 2023, DEHA Vietnam’s Hue branch has been thriving for three years, steadfastly pursuing the vision set forth by the Board of Directors. The branch continues to make strides toward becoming a technology leader in the region.

Hoàng Phan Trung Hiếu

Head of Human Development

From the very inception of DEHA Vietnam, Mr. Hieu Hoang has been a pivotal force within the organization, donning a multitude of hats and embracing diverse roles. His journey has led him through Engineering, Coaching, and Management/Administration positions, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability.

One of his standout achievements has been the establishment and nurturing of DEHA Academy, a comprehensive training system within DEHA Vietnam. He has actively overseen L&D (Learning and Development) initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His efforts have extended to cultivating collaborative projects with other organizations in the realm of human resources.

His philosophy hinges on the belief that “People are both ENERGY, MOTIVATION, and DESTINATION of the organization.” He places paramount importance on individuals as the organization’s most valuable assets, highlighting their critical role as the prime focus for development and investment. This dedication underscores his commitment to nurturing a thriving, dynamic, and successful team within DEHA Vietnam

Đỗ Tiến Sơn

Son Do

Head of the Center for Developing EdTech Products

Mr. Son Do has played a crucial role at DEHA Vietnam, having long served as the head of the Quality Assurance department, responsible for overseeing the company’s Product and Service Quality Assurance & Management. With a remarkable career spanning 15 years in the technology sector, he has consistently striven to excel in every task assigned to him.

Presently, his overarching goal is to “Build and operate a machine with business goals that yields substantial revenues,” a mission he actively pursues. In his current capacity, he is dedicated to creating innovative value for Deha Vietnam, consistently pushing the envelope.

In his daily work, his approach extends beyond optimizing product and service quality; he also places a strong emphasis on project development timelines. For him, the recipe for remarkable products entails meeting two vital criteria: “Speed & High Quality”.

Hoàng Hữu Bình

Binh Hoang

Head of Finance

Mr. Binh Hoang, a graduate with a major in Finance and Accounting from the prestigious Banking Academy, boasts a wealth of experience in various finance and audit roles at prominent enterprises. He has lent his expertise to organizations such as Deloitte Vietnam, Canifa, Giaohangtietkiem, VinGroup and Masan Group, contributing significantly to their financial management.

Within DEHA Vietnam, he shoulders the responsibility of researching, analyzing, and managing financial relationships. His role extends to crafting financial plans, risk assessment, and providing invaluable insights through meticulous analysis, ultimately delivering dependable financial forecasts for the organization’s future.

What truly sets Mr. Binh apart is his unwavering commitment to the collective success of the organization. He consistently prioritizes his contributions to the team’s accomplishments over personal achievements, embodying the essence of a team player and a dedicated professional.

Nguyễn Tá Tài

Tai Nguyen

Head of Development Center No. 2

Mr. Tai Nguyen’s journey to becoming a Product Owner at Deha Vietnam is a testament to his dedication and expertise. Before joining the team, he spent a considerable amount of time living and working in Japan, immersing himself in advanced knowledge related to information technology, as well as mastering the Japanese language and culture.

As a Product Owner and one of the rising stars within the management team, Mr. Tai’s approach is deeply appreciated by both the board of directors and his colleagues. He continually strives to innovate and develop new strategies for requirement analysis, ensuring that every aspect of the requested product is thoroughly addressed.

Beyond his product-related role, Mr. Tai is equally dedicated to fostering a professional working environment and supporting the personal growth of each team member. He understands that in this era of perpetual technological evolution and innovation, learning and development are the keys to gaining a significant competitive edge for organizations.

Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền

Huyen Nguyen

Head of Development Center No. 1

Following a period of studies in Japan, Ms. Huyen Nguyen returned to Vietnam and joined DEHA Vietnam in 2018, initially assuming the role of a Sales professional. Within a year, she made a career transition and became a Product Owner, a role she continues to excel in today. Over the years, she has accumulated experience in several management positions within the company and is an active member of both the Culture Committee and the Operations Committee, with a specific focus on JMU (the unit responsible for the Japanese market).

Her work ethic centers on promoting harmony, as she firmly believes that the success of a project goes beyond customer satisfaction. It also extends to fostering unity and happiness among the development team, ensuring mutual growth. Throughout her tenure at Deha, she has earned the respect and admiration of both clients and colleagues alike. Her contributions have been especially noteworthy in her role on the JMU operating committee, where she successfully initiated and built an internal craftsmanship capacity development system for the Product Owner professional group, making invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the team.
