The company’s manufacturing plant is located in Vietnam, with corporate offices across the globe, including the United States, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and Australia.
Current Situation
The legacy management system no longer meets the business needs, particularly in the Accounting and Production Planning functions.
Plant managers face difficulties customizing the existing software to match their current operational requirements.
Customization requests take up to two months to process by the software vendor, significantly impacting factory performance management.
The costs for both system usage and customization are extremely high.

DEHA Digital Solutions has partnered with the client’s technology team to customize the IFS Cloud ERP system to better fit the company’s actual needs and operational conditions. The new ERP system includes six core modules: Procurement, Inventory, Production Management, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales. The implementation team is currently customizing the system based on the client’s real-time requirements.
