Decals are auxiliary materials widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, agriculture, cosmetics, and food for both domestic use and export.
Current Challenges
Sales:
Sales staff are unaware of customers’ outstanding debts, leading to poor customer care and inaccurate quoting.
Sales team lacks visibility into production status, making it difficult to advise customers on accurate delivery timelines.
Production:
Production planners cannot accurately estimate completion time or production cost (BOM).
Material consumption costs are not properly tracked or controlled.
Inventory:
Significant time is spent locating materials and conducting physical inventory checks.
Management System:
The company relies on Excel and various standalone software for each department, resulting in unsynchronized data and frequent errors.
Departments mostly communicate through chat channels, making it difficult to track issues and increasing the risk of omissions.
