The customer is a 100% Japanese-owned enterprise with a manufacturing plant located in Vietnam, specializing in producing spare parts and replacement components for automobile engines.
Current situation
The IFS ERP system currently in use is outdated and incurs high maintenance costs.
Management functions on the existing IFS 9.0 version all require updates to perform more effectively.
The response time and issue resolution are very slow (around 2 months) and cost a lot.
