Client Profile
The client is a logistics service provider and customs consultancy company established in 2017. Starting with its first liaison office in Hai Phong, the company has now grown significantly, operating four branches in key locations across Vietnam including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Noi Bai Airport. Alongside its expansion in size and workforce, the company began to pay greater attention to automating its operational and business management processes.
Current Situation
As the company continued to grow, the need for more advanced management tools also increased. The leadership team was deeply concerned with improving operational efficiency and streamlining business management. They started to explore management software solutions.
However, after some time using an introduced software to manage order purchasing and sales, the company faced major difficulties. The software turned out to be incompatible with their actual needs, with poor quality and frequent failures, rendering it unusable. At this point, DEHA took over the old system’s source code to begin making adjustments. The Business Analysis (BA) process was restarted from scratch to reassess and identify the company’s real operational requirements.

Project implementation began in July 2023 and the newly developed system was completed and launched in November 2024

Recognized as a complex yet meaningful project for the client, the leadership teams from both sides closely monitored the project and continuously encouraged their respective teams throughout the process.
